What is different about DC projects

  • Condo and co-op buildings. Most buildings ask for a certificate of insurance and an elevator or loading-dock reservation. Tell us the building’s rules at the estimate and we schedule templating and installation around them.
  • Rowhouse stairs and tight turns. Long pieces may not fit up narrow stairs. We plan seam locations at templating so every piece can be carried in.
  • Older, out-of-level walls. Digital laser templating records the real shape of the walls, so tops are cut to fit rather than shimmed afterward.
  • Parking. Our truck needs a spot close to the entrance on installation day; a reserved space or permit makes the day go faster.

How a DC project runs

  1. Choose your slab at our Woodbridge showroom or the Stafford slab yard (250+ colors), or start from photos.
  2. We template your kitchen on site with the LT2D3D laser system.
  3. Fabrication takes 5–7 business days after templating.
  4. Our own crew installs in one day — no subcontractors.
