Carrara is the classic Italian white marble with a soft white to light gray background and fine, feathery gray veins.
Marble is a natural stone loved for its soft veining and classic look. It is softer than granite and quartzite and can etch from acids like lemon, vinegar and wine, so it develops a patina over time. It is a great choice for bathrooms, bars, baking areas and homeowners who like that lived-in look.
